MohammedSameerQ: Hi, I am slightly confused with regards to 'users' and 'customers'.
Your FAQs mentions unlimited customers with this deal, but some of your responses to questions here state that 'external users' are not unlimited and require 6 codes. What's the difference between external user and customer? Please clarify. I don't want external team/users, i want to give simple access to my clients using client portal where they can get invoices, updates, etc. Are these also counted as external users or as CRM customers?
Is there any limit on the number of customers?

You can create unlimited contacts and companies in the CRM module.
You can invite them as external users (to the client portal) according limits
Tier 1: 20;
Tier 2: 35;
Tier 3: 50;
Tier 4: 75;
Tier 5: 100;
Tier 6: Unlimited;
Hello Mohammed! Thank you for asking. You can add an unlimited number of customer records into your CRM database. However, if you want to provide an external access to them, you need to invite them to the Client Portal as external users (connected to these customer records).
The limits for the external users are the following:
Tier 1: 20;
Tier 2: 35;
Tier 3: 50;
Tier 4: 75;
Tier 5: 100;
Tier 6: Unlimited.
