If I have Tier 2 with 30 external users and I reach the limit, but want to add another external user. Can I delete one of the users to add the new one?

Hi! 👋\u000a\u000aYes, you can remove external users from the client portal, so the seat will be available again. You can do that by filling in the checkmark next to the user in the list of external users in the client portal and then clicking on the recycle bin.
