Q: Is client count as user?
that means for Tier 1, I can only have maximum 9 clients?
Is the knowledge-based can be gated for registered clients to view only? Or must be fully public all to see?
Do you have bug tracking implementation (ala Jira, Bugzilla) on the roadmap?

May 15, 2024A: Hi! Thank you for your questions. Clients can be counted as external users while your employees - internal users. The amount of external users and internal users differentiate according to Tiers.
You can add external users/clients (to the client portal) according to the following limits:
Tier 1: 100
Tier 2: 100
Tier 3: 200
Tier 4: 500
Tier 5: 1000
Tier 6: Unlimited
While you can add internal users according to the following limits:
Tier 1: 10
Tier 2: 20
Tier 3: 35
Tier 4: 60
Tier 5: 100
Tier 6: Unlimited
Knowledge base can be viewed by internal users and also by clients/external users via client portal if you give them access to it. Also you don't have to invite external or internal users, you can always send the external link (to the knowledge base) to your employees or clients in messenger.
