Q: Is it availbale in Spanish Language?

Can I create my own flows using specific forms for, for example, maitenance, customer visits, cooking recipes, menus, export to google, make some data procesing and get back resulting information to create reports and assign tasks?
Is there a user access control panel to limit the permission to view edit or create for each user?
Can I create customer reports or surveys and create working flows from them?
Can I create and automatically send status sumaries to every colaborator or customer?
Can I include customers to access to its portal, and create such portal?

A: Hello! Thank you for your questions.
Multilingual support including Spanish will be implemented in the future.
You can customize a name of all our pre-made web forms' fields and change web form's design but you cannot add new fields or create a web form from a scratch at the moment. We're planning to add more web forms in the future and they will me much more customizable. ETA is winter 2022 :) In a while, you can always integrate any forms using Pabbly or Integrately or create your own integration with certain sequence of actions using our api documentation that can be found on our website.
After lead is automatically generated from the filled in webform on your website, you can automate repetitive actions. With the crm automation rules, there is no need to manually set the follow-up tasks, create projects or send emails to your leads. Instead, you can set up Flowlu to run your processes automatically, ensuring no crucial steps are missed so you and your teammates can focus on what matters.
Currently, our reports are automatically generated and cannot be customized yet, such opportunity will be added in the near future along with multicurrency and advanced custom invoices. ETA for customizable reports is autumn-winter 2022.
For all users, you can set up their own access rights to each module (crm, project, tasks). As for your customers, you can invite them by email or a link and determine what they should exactly see at the client portal software. Flexible permissions allow to build a secure digital hub for all customer information. Your clients will get quick access to only the data and fields you appoint to them and they can check the progress of any task or project completion. Separate workspace will be created for each custom that you’ll invite via client portal.
