Flowlu is a great alternative to many PM tools out there. I really like how they made almost all features customizable. Even though you may be overwhelmed with all the numerous features when you first start, you just need to spend some time getting accustomed to it. I really like the solid roadmap the team has outlined and how dedicated they are. They hear and listen to their customers to provide a better service.

What I think is crucial and has been repeatedly asked for is the feature to reduce visibility for admins. That is, if I connect three of my companies to Flowlu and assign admins for each of them, these admins should be able to see only the data, CRM, contacts, financial and other info from that company not other companies of mine. In short, all managed companies should be isolated for security reasons. This is an important security feature all PM tools should have. Another great feature would be a super admin that could oversee all the other admins or only some of them.

I do hope the client portal is shipped soon and other features as well. Some mentioned the UI/UX issues, but I think it is OK for now, knowing that they will be updating it soon too.
