Me: Small webdesign+marketing agency in germany.
I bought many of them: SmartTask, NiftyPM, Bloo, Infinity - and never made a refund, because of potential new features. Tried ClickUp, Awork, Asana, Podio - but everything missed something, in my opinion.

Flowlu really surprised me in a very positive way!
The price and what you get for it is, like nearly always on AppSumo, unbeatable.
It has so many handy features, which blend in perfectly with each other, while you can disable parts of the software anyways! Don't need FInance, Products or Time Tracking - you can just disable it.

I am working on transitioning to Flowlu, but right now, I am very happy with it.
I dont have a hughe, complex or plannedout workflow for my projects but the CRM (with individual sales pipeline), Projects + Tasks, Users (+Roles/Permissions <3), E-Mail (!!! <3) and Calender comes in really handy for me.
