Finally a CRM I find simple enough to use, and also has the capacity to (semi-) automate both following up nw leads, and also my delivery team. I do like the way it interacts with my (plural) email accounts. And also how I can set up different sales funnels and auto-create new opportunities based on for instance what the email subject is.

This is worth to get hold of now. (I maxed this out.)
