It's easy for all in one tools of this type to try to be everything for everyone.

This is where Flowlu stands out. The concept behind the architecture of the platform seems very clear and focused to me. It aims to manage your entire product cycle from lead to payment. And if your business model fits into the model it does it very well. This is why it's so popular with agencies I believe.

The transition from email to opportunity to quotation to closing and then comprehensive project management (be it regular or agile projects) is seamless within the app and information on client, project and communication is collected along the way and passed forward. Add to that the automations and workflows that are available at various stages and you end up with massive time saving potential on business management.

The only puzzle pieces that are missing (other than feature enhancements here and there) in my opinion are a client portal and proposals / contracts/ e-signatures. Both of which are on the roadmap at the moment. That said it's important to understand the app is not (yet) trying to be everything for everyone. You will still need external tools for work outside the product cycle such as marketing automation, or accounting / hr.

All in all a slid platform with a great base and even greater potential.
