I have added a few users and played around with it to see if it would be a good fit for me. After spending money on a few other business software, I have now found my new favorite!

I spent a couple of hours reading Flowlu API docs and looking into the possibilities of integrations, and I am impressed.
Flowlu has got great integration possibilities with all their webhooks and REST API endpoints.
The documentation is covering a lot, which is very welcome since there is so much functionality to learn, and ways to tweak it to fit your specific way of using it in these kind of applications.
I like that there is a bunch of youtube tutorials that explains how to do specific things. The audio of the videos has potential to get better - a voice speaking and explaining would be better than just the background music.

The US is pleasant to the eye and does not feel laggy.
Each user can connect their email account and handle the email conversations with customers directly inside Flowlu. I tried it - the documentation to set it up was spot on and it worked at my first try.

I get a nice feeling when using Flowlu, everything seams well thought through and organized, and it is easy to find help in the knowledge base.
There is a section called "Apps" where you can turn on/off different modules of the system. Very nice if you do not use all modules and not want any extra bloat. There is some useful applications there, like a mindmap, switched off as default. It is just to flip the switch to add or remove them from the UI.

With CRM, sales pipeline, email connection, project & task handling, workspaces and so on... It is just so useful. I am really happy to have found Flowlu, well spent money!
