Flowlu is Business Management software. So it has a bunch of tools to run your company from project management and customer relationship management (CRM) to finance tracking. Don't expect this to be like your Quicken software or similar software. But it is pretty powerful as it has a ton of features. It can be very overwhelming and so just word of caution that when you get this app and when you log in, you're going to see so many features. So you just have to go one by one and try to use every feature and dig deep at first.

I won't repeat all the features that are listed on this deal page or on their home page, but highlight a few of them.

The UI has a modern look and feel and easy to navigate different areas mostly using menu on a left bar area with sub-menus fold and unfold when clicked.

Support is supper fast with in-app chat & email options along with their knowledge base and help articles plus video tutorials. Video tutorials have some ways to go, but their team is focused on feature enhancements. So, don't expect some fancy video tutorials anytime soon.

They have a mobile app for both android and iOS. I installed the iOS app on my iPhone, but haven't used it yet. It looks good to me, but the founder has said that they want to overhaul the app to make it much better in the near future. That's probably several months away. But, I like the attitude and thoughts of the founder and the team. You can track projects and tasks.

- Project workflows
- Gantt charts, they kind of show you project timelines with milestones.
- time tracking checklists, reports etc.

Financial management and invoicing.
- you can send invoices, you can send recurring invoices, and invoice approvals, revenue and expense reports, cash flow forecasting, it'll help you with those.

- contacts, your email syncing, you can build custom fields for your contacts, web forms for lead generation, you can integrate that and you can manage your contacts in there. It has opportunities and sales funnels under CRM.

- collaborate with your team members for different things to manage your project. You can get notification, you can comment and have kind of messenger type messages, you can do project chat, you can also brainstorm using mind maps. So, it's really powerful.

You can have your own knowledge base. So it's like a knowledge base software built in and as well as your own articles with external access; you can export to your website, and a pretty good search capability. I haven't tried all of the features to be totally honest. And it's just a first look and I'm slowly going to transition over to Flowlu. They're still developing. They have this Agile Project Management, Kanban board, sprints, estimation and burndown chart. So it's just pretty deep but I suggest you do one thing at a time and then you go deep as you need any of these features. Very good onboarding which is setup as a project with a list.
