We've been testing around Flowlu because we're looking for an alternative for our current PM and CRM softwares. Our current PM and CRM tools are okay, but the full white-label promise on this app is what really prompted us to give Flowlu a try.

It does have the core features working so far as per our tests. For instance, we were able to setup multiple projects, tasks, events, and agile projects without any issue. Deletion and modification of details also works like a charm.

What I really like about Flowlu is the "smooth feel" when loading and transitioning to different tabs. Mind maps module is basic, but it does the job done. The documentation is very helpful. Online support was able to answer our queries promptly during official working hours; and has promised to rollout the features we are looking for in their future updates (e.g. ability to hide the Feed page and fixes relating to full white label).

CRM module looks promising, but we're not ready just yet to transition until the full white label is delivered. For instance, when inviting an Employee and/or Contact, the person also receives a welcome email from Flowlu (team at flowlu.com) with their branding (e.g. logo, email address, help and support linking to Flowlu, etc.). This is on top of the actual invitation email sent for registration on the system. Custom domain and custom email address are working. I just wish there is an option for us to choose not to send the other welcome email from team at flowlu.com if a custom domain and custom email address were already setup.

If true white label is not an issue for you at the moment (or not an issue at all), then I'd say go and give it a try also. It's a functional product as it is right now with great potential to be at par with the major players in the market. We'll be keeping this purchase and hopefully Flowlu team will be able to deliver true white label soon and the rest of the features on the roadmap.
