I have tried many project management platforms in the past and I am using Flowlu mostly for their task/project tools. Now they may not have as many features as others, but they have all the essentials like kanban, list view, todo list and calendar view. They say they have a gantt chart but have not been able to find it. It’s interesting that they have their own “apps” to install, such as their mind mapping tool/time indicator. I guess for those who don’t use certain tools, they make it optional so as not to add clutter. However they are coming out with task dependencies that can be used with their other tools. Having task dependencies is a must with larger projects.
The UI is simple yet easy to follow and use. So far it looks like a very well developed platform. I would like to be able to add/edit the task categories (ie todo, in progress). They have a lot of features coming and their support is responsive. I was afraid that they try to do everything yet not do anything well, but so far their tools are generally well done. Knowing this platform is getting worked on a daily basis and their community has many followers gives me confidence in their future.
