What I like most about this product:
- Email: Project managements like ora.pm or NiftyPM are great, but you can't just easily attach an email to a project in two clicks. I enjoy having my email in Flowlu.
- Calendar: So many PM tools don't have a way to add project events (like video calls) so you have to create a "task" for them. in Flowlu you have a full-fledged calendar instead.
- Lists: Having a "Mini-Airtable" in Flowlu is great - especially the function to link records to contacts, projects or even other data entries
- Automations and templates: A huge time saver
- Personal tasks and notes: That tasks don't have to belong to a project but can just simply be created in your personal todo area or in the calendar (if set up that way) is great for quick todos that come up throughout the day. The same is true for the personal notepad
- Customer-facing content is translatable (mostly): Things like invoice templates, invoice emails or web forms can be customized so that my German-speaking contacts can use them (except the actual form fields of the "web to opportunity" form, they can't be edited)
- Mind maps. My business is all about the creative process and the content - so collaborating on content in the form of Mind Maps is really helpful
- Little details: Having the date format "dd.mm.yyyy" and number formatting options is helpful if you work from an European country like Germany. The mobile app is solid (some similar products don't even have a mobile app) and aving a feed where you can create posts, polls and announcements is also really cool.

What I really would like to see in Flowlu soon:
- German translation
- better content collaboration: I'd like to comment on files in the documents area and upload new versions (replacing the old one) to implement the feedback collected. A big upgrade of the project "Notes" would also appreciated - why not give them the same formatting abilities (like image and video embed) like the task descriptions and maybe allow us to categorize them in folders (like "meeting notes", "design ideas", "blog post drafts"...). Multimedia files and written content is the focus point of my work (article writing, ebook cover designing, newsletter drafting...) so I'd love any feature that makes them more collaborative and useful within Flowlu
- creating events form email: I've signed up to the Flowlu webinar and got an email from Zoom with the details. I can create a task out of this email, but not a calendar event.
- icon search: When adding an icon for a workspace or data list, it's sometimes hard to find the right icon - especially with my bad eyesight. A little search box for the icon selector would be great.
- calendar feed file/link: I don't use Google calendar but would like to import my Flowlu calendar on different devices or let my booking software access it so it knows when I'm available.
