AND IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT!

For many years I was pretty happy with my CRM which combined contact management and project management. I had tried numerous tools from the Google Apps Marketplace as I had aligned my business to Google, and the tool I chose fit my needs very well. It worked well for tracking what we did as we were primarily a service-based consulting/training company with some product sales. Through good fortune and hard work, our business model flipped a few years ago and our product sales started significantly outweighing our service projects. Along with this, we quadrupled our client based, our staff grew, and our work processes shifted. Sales management and order fulfillment became much more important, as well as keeping track of the variety of our clients, their industries, where we acquired them, and more. Our CRM began to strain, it just couldn't do what we needed it to do anymore.

My search began again ... I started testing other CRMs, project management tools, and the newer breed of "All in One" tools. Most tools now integrated with G-Suite/Google Workplace (they keep changing their name!), so that wasn't a concern anymore. I'd been introduced to the LTD community, and had acquired many other SaaS apps, so integration was now much more important. I'd test, buy, refund AppSumo and other deals. I acquired some shelfware that seemed so promising but can't seem to "get there."

FINALLY!!!! FLOWLU HAS ARRIVED!!!
I scanned Flowlu and thought, hmmm, could be interesting. I then noticed the 5-taco ratings and started reading the comments. I thought, I'll buy a code and check it out. The more I started poking around in it, the more excited I got. I invited a couple of my employees to start testing. One has been heavily involved with trying to customize a different CRM for us. The other has been heavily involved with getting us set up on ClickUp for Project Management. WE ARE ALL THRILLED! We quickly saw how Flowlu will do everything our previous CRM did, PLUS much better Sales/Order management, PLUS a an internal knowledge base which we've been desparately needing as we've grown, PLUS a mindmap feature which helps me think through business processes and projects, PLUS a finance module we haven't even started playing with yet ... In essense, Flowlu is able to do everything we've been doing in a few other apps and then some!!
I'm so excited!! I just spent my Saturday digging deeper, setting up custom fields, trying things out, reading Flowlu's excellent support documents, and sending them ideas through the Support chat and on their Roadmap. I'm excited to do not only this review, but the video and other post as well to get the Enterprise upgrade. I'm happy to sing Flowlu's praises! In addition to the design and integration of their software, I'm impressed how quickly they create new Knowledge articles and respond to questions.
