This product is fast, sleek and feature rich. I really like the knowledge base module. Used quite a few similar tools in the past, but this one fast became the main and only one we use now. What I do miss though is option to change the labels on the knowledge base module (search, read more, etc...), as that way frontend could be quickly and easily translated to any language. I love the general CNAME, and also separate one for each knowledge base. This one alone is worth the investment. I do recommend getting this. BR K
