I have been looking for an AIO Business Management tool since about 2013 and tried everything from Freelance Cockpit 3 through to Plutio, Agile, NiftyPM, Ora, and many more. Each of those tools has its own pros and cons. Some have a few awesome features but the rest of the features uninspired/had terrible UI, others were simply not ready for primetime.

Flowlu however is a solid set of tools that are ready for everyday use in a small to medium-sized business. It combines real-world functionality with a decent UI. It is stable and so far on testing, everything has gone smoothly/worked the first time. Additionally, the platform is well documented and I was able to integrate Gmail/G-Cal without any issue.

The Roadmap seems interesting and would be keen to see how the client portal/G-Drive integration/Zapier modules will pan out.

My only suggestion at this stage is it would be great if we had a bit more control over the color scheme of the platform so we can tune it into our branding a bit more. Simply being able to change a few of the colors would be great.
