I was testing Flowlu back in 2022 and I wasn't convinced that this tool is for me. Now I actually bought Tier 1 (and probably plan to upgrade) and found some really interesting features. I will pinpoint things that stuck to me using Flowlu. I'm freelancer so my use case might be bit different.

Pros
System is really robust and I like the option to customize modules and uninastall them if I don't need them.
Email feature is perfect. I think that creating tasks directly from emails and possibility to see conversation also inside contacts will make my work easier.
I love Records list because I can store anything I want and this feature does it well.

Cons
Sometimes the system feel a bit overwhelming. There are many features inside modules and some I don't use but still have to go through them.
Missing connection of external storages.
I really miss some favories or pins section. Every tool has ability to use favourites at some level. Make it happen please.
Not very clear limits of this deal. On Appsumo I can see Tier 2 with 30 external user and in my Subscription I see the same Tier with 100 users. Also there is no information about email inbox connections at all.

Wishes
I don't like much any of the predefined app styles. None of the menus is actually very user friendly. It would be best to customize menu items to my needs so I can have items like Task list, Contacts (not whole crm), specific records list as menu items or specific knowledge base. It is not necessary to have menu items for parts you don't use that often. Each item has its link so I think it could be quite easy to implement but very handy.
Custom colors - everyone likes to use custom company colors. It's just simple css.

Overall feeling is pretty good and so far I love this tool. I was checking updates and there is not many of them so I hope this deal will allow to make Flowlu event better.
