I've tried nearly all of the major competitors in this category—frankly too many to name here—but Flowlu stands as a top choice. First, it allows you to customize how everything works, from Opportunities to Invoices, and everything in between. It can all be changed to help you work how you want to work. And because Flowlu is made up of individual 'apps', you can easily hide the functionality you don't need. This really sets it apart. And while the initial learning curve can seem a bit daunting at first, when it's all done you will have the ideal setup for your use case, instead of a one-size fits all bag of tricks (as is the case with so many other business managers that don't give you much control). These guys have a great app on their hands, and hopefully they will continue in this direction, allowing us to pick and choose what we want on our dashboard, instead of forcing new features like so many others do! Here are a couple of improvements I'd like to see going forward: Enable auto-charge feature for recurring invoices and allow clients to save their payment method (this can be implemented as part of the upcoming client portal). It would also be useful to be able to create CUSTOM embeddable forms, and style them how we want, and even have onboarding questionnaire forms that we can send our clients once they pay for their invoice, or when an opportunity is won. If you're looking for a quality business manager, with a very complete mobile app experience, and don't mind having a little bit of setup, then Flowlu is the way to go.
