I decided to take the test after hearing good many reviews about the app. At first, it was very confusing to navigate, the onboarding tasks list helped a bit. But I lost interest going through all 50 of the onboarding task checklists. It was quite exhausting and tiring compared to how other huge PM apps do their onboarding.

Then, I reached out to existing Flowlu users (who previously shared good reviews with me) and checked how they're using the app and asked for little guidance. This is where things changed.

After learning about the product and exploring all the use cases it bring with it was magical, you know. Collaboration, projects, sprints, CRM, client access and more.

It served a lot of essential and complex PM needs. I didn't understand it because of the steep learning curve, this could be improved. The UI is the main confusing element here. And it's a boring work environment. I mean, gray, toned down green colors, it's just sad to work here.

For an app this flexible and complex, Flowlu has done an incredible job with a "okay" UI. But only I feel it can be improved further. Feel free to take inspiration from other big apps and how they handle UI/UX. It can be simplified and made it easier for teams.

Nobody really "get it" at first, so a resource center would also be appreciated from my end. A place where we can send our team to learn about using the app.
