0. For the record, I've been in IT Management, consulting, and software development for 4 decades. Yes, it's after the dinosaurs and before the (public) Internet. I've worked in Fortune 100 companies, small business, and federal govt as an IT Manager I got this item because I was starting to write How To guides on my Linxent.com blog I recently started. So, this was for just to use about once or twice a month but more often down the road.
Here's what I see.
1. There are no logins and thus, no account on the getflowshare.com site. The downloads on the site is for the Pro version, not this Express version. Not clear on updates on the site unless you fill in the info again and get the latest free/trial version. 2. Always, literally always, lags for about 30-60 seconds when opened. Does not let you fill in the 3 text boxes you are req'd to fill in to save a project until it's done laggings. There is no hourglass or other animation to let you know it's processing and you need to wait. There's just the mouse cursor. So, you just randomly try to click into any of the 3 text boxes until it works. However, you can click on the <Start> button although I believe the documentation recommended not doing anything until you fill in the initial 3 items for the "project info". 3. After filling in the info when it permits the mouse pointer to enter any of the 3 initial text boxes, it works okay in my opinion, until .... today. 4. I've used it 3 times before today for testing and the last time it was for capturing some screenshots for a blog post. Worked fine other than waiting for it to load up. 5. After filling in a 14 page legal document online for 2 hours for federal court, it reached 384 screenshots. It seemed to be working fine up to that point. 6. Then, I was done recording. I clicked to Stop recording. It started to do a lagging thing again (you know, when you open it). And then the screen would flash and I think I saw a big message that said "Processing..." which came and went. I thought it was done processing because that message was gone. So, I tapped the <Save> menu icon. And then, it hung, and hung, and 1 minute later, the computer crashed. I thought, hey, it will be like Microsoft Word and saves the file behind the scenes and will prompt me for a recovery after my computer starts up again. Oh well. 6. Checked for refunds but it's 17 days past that. Oh well.
The product has an amazing concept. I can understand the purpose and potential time-saving benefits of the work based on the demo video and available features. This can truly be a great tool for all users!
However, the app is extremely buggy. It has a problem with resolution. I have problems viewing it whether it's maximized or adjusted into the app's window. Some buttons don't react (e.g. enlarge screenshot) at all after clicking.
The "Express" version of this tool is also too limited. So many functionalities are not available.
Recommendation to the development team: LTDs are a painful start, but it does bring you market share and visibility. If you are so concerned with giving too much (i.e. pro version) in an LTD, then don't. The market is much bigger than you think. Please give people a decent list of functionality. I am sure you have seen the same feedback with other users. It immediately feels like the user paid USD69 for a "trial product".
I may come back when the product is less buggy and the pro version becomes properly available on LTD.

Hey Donacid, Thank you for your honest feedback! There will be an update where we will fix a lot of bugs. We are also currently working on a general overhaul of the UI. When this will come as an update is not yet known and will definitely not be part of the next update. Regarding your specific problems with the resolution. I booked a meeting with FlowShare team for a demo (from their website) and they no showed, no response to my email asking some questions (before booking meeting), and no response to email regarding why they weren't there for their own meeting!
Customer service is everything and if you can't bother to be at a meeting that YOUR system allowed me to book - doesn't say much about the trust I can have in the company as a whole.
Wow yesterday again I was taking 30 minutes to write a user guide with screenshots for a client. I can do the same 4X faster now with this tool! And I love the ability to blur a rectangle area on all the screenshots! I usually hide my browser favorite bar for screen recording, now I can just blur it! Great tool! 👍

Booked Meeting - No Show

Will save me hours
