FluidCRM is ideal for those just starting out with CRM
Typically, implementing a CRM is a difficult task.
With FluidCRM, you can get up and running quickly without wasting time on a lengthy implementation process.
Plus, now is a great time to buy, as it is available at a very low price.
I feel there is a lack of space for providing feedback; while there is a roadmap, it is very basic and doesn't really encourage users to share their opinions.
I would also suggest UX improvements—the interface is very simple, which can be quite frustrating at first.
I would also like to see a Dark Mode, as that has become the standard these days.
And I’d like more frequent e-mail updates on development progress—at least once every week or two.
It is worth investing in FluidCRM and keeping an eye on its future development.

Funny that you mentioned the UI/UX. We launched a significant improvement yesterday, so if you haven't been inside Fluid today, check it out. The goal was to make it calmer, add more depth to the elements and put more emphasis on consistent typography and colors. UI/UX is always on my mind and we'll keep improving it. We also scheduled a "New in Fluid" email yesterday that lands in a few hours, so keep an eye out for that.
The dark mode will also come at some point 100%! Cheers and thanks for choosing Fluid!
