Most CRMs are a nightmare to use and maintain - not this one.

Fluid removes all the clutter so that you can work much faster, see the big picture and focus on the work - not the software.

I've tried a many CRMs over the years, both as a specialist B2B marketing agency and as a home services business. Sugar, Zoho, PipeDrive, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Vtiger, and custom systems.

They are all overly complex and simple entries take up your time.

I find find Fluid is perfect for my needs. Simple, quick and easy to enter and update data and flexible enough for a startup project.

Omar, the CEO is a fantastic chap, extremely responsive and with a clear vision of where he wants the business to go. He's open to hearing suggestions and feedback so reach out to him - he's very approachable.

The tool itself doesn't seem to have any issues so far and I think it will improve even more. I won't say grow because the team has the right idea of keeping it relatively streamlined, fast and easy to use.

I won't go into the features - you can check them out on the product page. However I will touch up on the nested contacts within the companies / contacts view which is extremely practical - especially for ABM strategies and complex sales.

I'd say this CRM is perfect for most AppSumo users looking for a CRM - it's unlikely enterprise CRMs are suited for your work and needs - and neither are their subscription fees!
