Extremely frustrating
I was genuinely excited about this product, especially as someone who frequently invests in higher-tier deals and enjoys helping improve tools through feedback. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.
The platform itself feels inconsistent and unreliable. I encountered multiple issues such as 404 errors, server errors, and problems signing in with Google. There is also confusion around branding and functionality, which makes it difficult to understand and use the product effectively.
Support has been particularly challenging. The help center requires a separate account, and even after setting it up, I ran into technical issues. Sharing screenshots was complicated, as attachments didn’t seem to come through properly, forcing me to use external tools just to communicate basic issues. It took several days to make minimal progress.
When I raised detailed feedback and documented the issues clearly, the response I received was simply to request a refund if I wasn’t satisfied. While refunds are fair, this approach didn’t feel constructive or supportive for users trying to help improve the product.
Overall, I had high expectations, but due to the technical issues and support experience, I cannot recommend this product at this time. so my advice to others: Stay away!

Edited Apr 11, 2026Hi, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Could you please share your ticket details or the email you used so I can look into it?
Just to clarify: our Support Center and FluxBuilder are managed on different platforms, which is why they require separate registrations.
As for the Firebase issue, the block is actually coming from Google's side—often due to settings from a previous project or Firebase policy flags—and isn't caused by FluxBuilder itself. We also noticed that you haven't created a new product in FluxBuilder recently.
You could create a new Gmail account and set up Firebase again. For more information about the block issue, see https://tppr.me/117VL2, or search "why Firebase blocks access when creating an app." Again, Firebase account blocking is not related to FluxBuilder itself—it's an account issue on your end. Please double-check your account settings.
