Q: Does fluXtore works with Divi?

Back on October 20, 2025, someone asked whether fluXtore works with Divi, as there appeared to be issues related to updates. I like the product, but if it doesn’t work properly with Divi, I don’t want to invest in something that won’t be compatible with my WordPress theme.

Q: Despite Activating the Pro Licence, i am taken to pricing page?

I have successfully installed the PRO Version and activated the license. However,  Whenever i try to create a funnel using option to create it via elementor, i am always routed to the pricing page.

The license is already active, shown as active for pro, but the the toggle switch "Pro" is greyed out. What shall i do.  I have already created a support ticket as well.

Q: Haw can I update?

“I am unable to update my Fluxstore Pro plugin from version 1.6.0 to 1.6.3.
To update, I am asked to re-download the Fluxstore software that I purchased with Lifetime Access. However, this is not possible because my redeem code has already been redeemed.

Q: Download/licence disappeared from my Profile on Your Site

Hello,

I purchased your AppSumo deal on 15 Feb., 2025 and having been away for a while, wanted to start making use of the licence. Although I had downloaded and activated in-time, there seems to be just blank showing for downloads/licence now on my account:

But the Licences and Downloads show "No Licenes Found" and "No Downloads Found"; has the access method changed?

Hi

I have purchased yesterday and installed elementor pro version and fluxstore, both the plugins are activated with license. But i couldn't see any pro templates under funnel.

The appsumo version i purchased ain't PRO version?

No worries — the AppSumo version is the full Pro version.
If you’re not seeing the Pro funnel templates, please try the following steps:

Clear your browser cache and refresh the page.

Temporarily deactivate all other plugins, keeping only Fluxtore and Elementor/Elementor Pro active.
