Great Tool - when it works (possible user error)
There are times the tool is just in the 'way'. Completing forms is an example. I don't know it to auto fill my saved responses, when a fill in asks for me name.
In all fairness I may have the whole system set up wrong, as I purchased this several years ago.
I'm going to look at it again, see if it's me the end user who is the problem.

Time saver when you need to use a message repeatedly
I use this when I need to send a bunch of the same messages on LinkedIn.
Service is great and you might need it since there’s some configuration you need to get right to not have the auto-correct features take over.
I haven’t used the commenting for a while but the comments seemed “obviously AI” to me so I stopped using that feature.
The real value here is in the time savings when you have responses you send often.
