Q: I cannot login anylonger, what have you done?

Your contact form is dysfunctional so I have to contact you here.

I was asked to login because session expired. I now also got a message saying, please login to activate your purchase!!?? It was a lifetime deal not a yearly deal.

Your system says there is an error when I click signin.

I know I have the correct login details but tried the lost password function anyway, because I am really tired now after having put in my details and your system do not even seem to recognize me as a paid customer with an account!?

Another thing is that your contact form is impossible to use since it is dysfunctional!
Required fields are not possible to fill in. I make my choice but it does not fill in the field!

A really awful experience and wasting my time.

Q: Login Issue. Can you please reach back?

I've reached out to you several times, starting last year to resolve my login issue. You first had an option to log in with Apple account which is what I chose. However, you changed it, and you're not very hands on in letting your subscriber know anything. I've sent countless emails and it seems support is non-existence. It's been 3 months now of trying to contact you. Can you please reach back and resolve this issue? It would be nice. Thanks.

Q: is this app still being developed?

hi guys big fan i use focusee all the time and love its potential . tho i been patiently waiting for speed improvements in exports and render fluidity ive noticed its still in v1 i havent noticed any minor improvements my pc still gets really hot using it and i was wondering if the app is in any developement or is this its first and only version .. regardless of whats going on its still my favorite screen recording app for windows and i think it can go the whole way if you can add a bit more efficiency

Q: No direct sharing to cloud, Vimeo or YouTube???

I love the video production features. But after that's done, you're letting users down terribly by only offering "export". Previous review videos on YouTube by early adopters included a cloud upload option with a feature-rich environment, similar to Loom. I know that's expensive to maintain, especially on the current lifetime deal basis. But you could at least include the option to connect to YouTube or Vimeo, so videos can be uploaded on the fly. The cumbersome post-recording workflow makes this a rather fancy tool for something that often needs a more immediate sharing option. Missed opportunity.

Is that functionality coming back, or have iMobie just dropped the ball?
