Q: I cannot login anylonger, what have you done?
Your contact form is dysfunctional so I have to contact you here.
I was asked to login because session expired. I now also got a message saying, please login to activate your purchase!!?? It was a lifetime deal not a yearly deal.
Your system says there is an error when I click signin.
I know I have the correct login details but tried the lost password function anyway, because I am really tired now after having put in my details and your system do not even seem to recognize me as a paid customer with an account!?
Another thing is that your contact form is impossible to use since it is dysfunctional!
Required fields are not possible to fill in. I make my choice but it does not fill in the field!
A really awful experience and wasting my time.
