Q: Login Issue. Can you please reach back?
I've reached out to you several times, starting last year to resolve my login issue. You first had an option to log in with Apple account which is what I chose. However, you changed it, and you're not very hands on in letting your subscriber know anything. I've sent countless emails and it seems support is non-existence. It's been 3 months now of trying to contact you. Can you please reach back and resolve this issue? It would be nice. Thanks.
