App is unusable and support is none-existent
All started off ok.
Then there was a bug that made the software completely unusable.
Support were really slow at first. Like 2 weeks to say "try using it again" - of course it didn't work. They didn't fix anything.
Now, support is completely ghosting its users.
They dragged this BS out so long that I'm beyond the refund time limit.
Absolute scumbags.
