I'm happy to leave a favorable review of FocuSee. I thought perhaps I would run into issues preparing my first video, but it worked like a charm, and I only had one minor issue I was able to resolve on my own (how to add a zoom level to a timeline -- which is very easy to do).

In effect, I was able to create a screen recording/tutorial in less than 30 minutes and edit/modify the various zooms used to focus on certain content on screen. This was a very easy task to complete, and I did not experience and software bugs or problems exporting my file. I was pleasantly surprised with the automatic zoom effect added whenever you click the mouse, although at times I realized I wanted to add a zoom effect for other parts of my screen recording and it was very easy to do this as well.

So props to FocuSee for creating a solution that works right out of the box with some helpful automation. I also liked the background effect added around the border of my screen recording, and of course there are other options that can be explored such as cursor effects, sound effects, etc. I didn't really need these for my 12 minute screen recording session, but it's nice to know it is available.

My one simple feature request is that it would be nice if one could easily add a text layer to the timeline for additional call-out possibilities. There is a highlight feature, but it would be nice to remain in the FocuSee timeline editor and be able to add text call-outs as well, similar to Camtasia. Perhaps that is something that will land on the product roadmap, as it's a pretty straight-forward feature request.

So FocuSee earns my 5 star taco rating and a big thumbs-up that I could get started and achieve a great result in less than 30 minutes of first using the platform.
