Q: Could I use follow.
it in the future to write the blog itself? so it would have a cname blog just like curated.co has for newsletters
eg: blog.segureo.com -> showing my posts

Yes, at some point this will be possible (we'll probably enable this when we allow publishers to charge followers for their feeds too). However don't hold your breath - we got quite a lot of other feature requests which we now need to work on first :)
