You mean the feed URL, e.g. you want to change e.g. https://follow.it/initial_name to https://follow.it/new_name? Yes, that's possible. For that, please contact us at "help (at) follow (dot) it" after purchase.

Ok thank you for the clarification. When we'll look into allowing sending from own domains (see that feature on our public roadmap at https://trello.com/b/IaPT0XQ3/followit-product-roadmap) we can look into this point too.
