Followr has been my go-to social media posting application. It has come a long way with a lot of development and added features. For example, adding BYOK, and white label. It has made Creating and Scheduling posts a simple task. I am glad to see the option of adding Followr Studio to my Followr Social application. I would like to see BYOK for Studio as well. That would help when I exhaust my monthly credit usage. Excellent application. I give it 5 tacos.

If you know the team at Followr, jump on this deal. Marcos and his team have been cooking up features and listening to agency owners and content creators for some time now. I've been waiting to get my hands on Followr Studio but didn't want to add an additional monthly cost to my tech stack- enter Followr Studio LTD. No brainer. Get it. Customer service is top notch and I'm excited for the future of Followr.

I was not sure if I was going to get this, because I have a couple of tools I like for AI avatar generation. However, I did a Sumo Day video and said I would try Followr Studio. The logic is that this could centralize the workflow for augmenting content creation with AI since I already have a Followr account.

I was so impressed by the workflow of generating the avatar - being able to use your own picture, upload or generate a background, generate the voice, and then decide for each scene the positioning of the avatar (for example: directly looking at camera, facing right, left, etc.), camera effects (like panning, zooming, etc.), and scene transitions.

Also, when adding the script, you can put descriptors in for how you want the audio to be spoken (whisper, excited, skeptical, etc.).

The output was fantastic - smooth realistic and expressive. The background AI generation in the video needed a little work (several things that defy physics)...but WOW for the AI avatar. I think I will keep the background simple and focus on the AI avatar.

What would make this better is:
1. Voice cloning - it is weird to hear someone else's voice come out of my mouth; I am guessing it would be weird for people who know me or have heard me speak too. Voice cloning is necessary to make an AI clone work well. I could have missed it, but if it exists, it was not obvious. An additional related feature is to be able to upload an audio recording for lip synching - sometimes it is easier than writing a script and inserting the emotions.
2. Ad Hoc Credits - I do not mind paying for credits, that is the world we are in. The issue is that the only way to get more credits is to sign up for a monthly add-on. Please add a way for loyal Sumolings to purchase non-monthly add-on credits like in this AppSumo deal. I would gladly pay. Alternatively, can BYOK be used with Followr Studio functions? If so, how does that work?
3. API Access Add-On: I understand that there are additional costs to add API access. However, $99 per month is the very high end of what many platforms charge monthly. I hope there is a way to make this more financially accessible for Sumolings so we can set up templates and use AI agents to manage our content creation and posting workflows. Otherwise, we are being setup to be left behind with all that is possible with AI and Followr.

All that said, the quality of the avatar is exceptional. When I have more time, I will do a video and share here. Thank you Followr for a great product, I hope you are able to incorporate some of my suggestions or provide alternatives. Good luck Sumolings.

I’ve been using Followr since its initial launch, going all-in by stacking 10 codes on Followr.ai with the Whitelabel feature. While I’ve always appreciated the platform's vision, my original review didn't hold back my frustration regarding the decision to lock lifetime deal users out of the premium, modern AI image models.

I am happy that Followr.studio completely resolves this exact pain point. Unlocking seamless access to enhanced, high-quality image and video models is a massive upgrade that brings better value to daily creative workflows. The absolute best part is how the media credits from both platforms combine into a single unified pool within a single dashboard, so there's no juggling multiple logins. This actually proves that Marcos and the team are genuinely listening to feedback and successfully navigating a sustainable business model without taking shortcuts on platform quality.

I genuinely love using this platform and respect its continuous growth, which is why I want to see it reach its absolute full potential. To make this ecosystem truly flawless, Marco and the development team still need to address a few critical operational gaps. The platform is still missing essential integrations, such as GMB. Furthermore, while the transition to CNAME was a great step forward, the Whitelabel functionality still needs further refinement, like granular client roles and access permissions, to properly manage different clients. Finally, resolving the occasional failures with scheduled posts must be a top priority. I am not talking about adding new features here; these are important existing functionalities that simply need to be rock-solid.

Followr.studio is a powerful addition to the stack, proving (& hoping) the development team is building for the long haul. I am excited to see the team deliver on these foundational fixes and what is coming next (roadmap)!

Since Jan 2024 when Marco and Followr appeared here on AppSumo, I have stacked 10 codes on Followr.ai and now stacking on Followr.studio.

Yes, I too was frustrated (sorry Marco for those emails back in 2024/2025) when the AI credits didn't apply to models beyond some basic type images and text. (I don't think AI videos were even part of the original offer.). Text credit were later opened to those who bought newly introduced Tiers 9 and 10.

Yeah, I didn't like some of the "restrictions" at the time. I don't even want to type what the original Tier 1 price was back in Jan of 2024; there is no way that would be sustainable. They have learned and grown and added new tools since then.

Marco is learning a viable sustainable model. So, credit to where credit is due! That is a pun to both a credit to Marco for adding features that keep coming in Followr (Follow.ai and Follow.studio) and to the credits on how they apply in your account. I was absolutely not expecting to see that they COMBINE! I wrongfully assumed .studio credits would only apply to video (the focus of video/shorts in the copy) and Followr.ai would apply to images.
In you account you will see, "Your license and redeemed codes stack — all limits are combined."

So, just think of the .studio offer as being the an integrated Top Tier.
Followr.ai Tiers:
AI Media credits : 50, 300, 1500, 5000, 5000, 5000, 5200, 5500, 5500, 5500
Followr.studio Tiers:
AI Media credits : 500, 1500, 3500

So, if you have Tier 10 on Followr.ai with 5,500 media and get Tier 3 on Followr.studio with 3,500 media credits, your total is 9,000!

We've only been dealing with AI usage and sustainability for what, just over 3 years now, so I give Marco credit for searching for sustainable ways to keep Followr viable.

My only question for Marco is which site to login to .ai or .studio; will one of them take over the other eventually?
