any guide on setting up the subdomain on our dns? where to point it or what?

Apr 23, 2025A: I need to work on a proper guide for this Asap. In the meantime, you can find general tutorials online by searching how to embed HTML code into your website — it’s the same concept.
What you’ll be doing is embedding the Followr white-label app via the HTML snippet we provide. It’s not about pointing your DNS to an A record — the domain (like social.yourdomain.com) should be a page on your site where you paste the embed code.
That said, we’ll be creating real use-case videos and a step-by-step guide specifically for Followr very soon.
I have Tier 10 and the HTML code doesn't work in Withlabel.
The white-label HTML code should be working — I’ll personally check what might be going wrong on your account. If it hasn’t worked yet, it will soon, as we’re reviewing it now to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Ah, OK, I did it that way, created a social subdomain and added index.html file that followr creates, but same as Beat, it does not work (cant login from there) anytime you click a social login it breaks, and if you use the email login, it does send an email by Followr to log in, but when following the link (to our set domain: social.domain.com) it breaks,

yes, I’ve received this same issue from a few white-label users and we’re actively working on a fix. It’s related to how social logins are handled on custom domains, and we're prioritizing a solution.

I have already written to the support and we have been trying for 5 days to get a Withelabel to open without success.
Now I have asked Arnim my technical support manager to test it, as we are a bigger agency it has to work
I have changed my email to the email for Arnim. Now he can't set the WitheLabel option either. arnim.schmidt+followr@f1rst.ch
Can you please help him.
The question that also arises is how can I save my email with my sender. This is important for a Withelabel solution.

Same here, im on Tier 10. I received a 500 error when I click on Google or anything to try to log in via the white label version. I think if they can fix that and remove the chat pop-up, that will be a good start. And thanks @marcos; he replied quickly to this inquiry. I just hope to get these fixed so I can launch.

Hello, I just purchased level 10 and I have the same problem. The email does not arrive and it does not allow access via social network. I feel that a detailed guide on how to do the initial configuration of the whitelabel is missing, and above all, it would be ideal to have a support group. Thank you.
