Q: Question about adding companies and white labeling service pack 10
Hi guys, I'm a little confused because I have Service service pack 10 and I'm trying to add a company and it's telling me that I cannot do that and I've reached the maximum amount of companies which I currently only have two and I should have significantly more than that. I'm assuming there must be something that I'm not doing correctly and I'm hoping you can assist with that.

A: Could you please make sure you're logged into the exact same Followr account (same email address) where your Tier 10 license is activated?
If the Tier 10 is on one account but you're trying to create companies from a different account (for example, an invited user account), the system won't recognize the Tier 10 limits and you'll see the company limit message.
I purchased the tool so that I can design templates and use and now after few months all my templates are not editable anymore as Vista create is no more available to edit my templates

I have the same problem - But beware that Creative Studio doesn't work very well (especially if it has to generate something that isn't in English) and it just consumes credits... We should have a tool like Vista Create, so we can manually adjust the text from what the AI generates.
Hear you on this. We’ve looked at adding a manual editor — the issue is a third-party one means high recurring costs we’d rather not pass on to you. So instead we’re doubling down on improving the AI itself, so the output (non-English included) comes out cleaner with way less manual fixing needed. Appreciate you flagging the multilingual and credit side — super useful.
Q: Followr T10 max-out benefits with Followr Studio T3 plan question
Perhaps its a dumb/obvious question...but at this point if I have T3 Followr Studio + T5 Followr....If I want to add more Tiers and go up to T10, the main thing I'm getting at this point is mainly around more orgs, just a little more Ai credits, and white labeling, right? If so then I'll probably bump to T10 but I'm feeling like org-count and whitelabel is the main benefit with that change, right?...

A: Yes, you're thinking about it correctly.
At that point, the biggest benefits of moving from Followr T5 to T10 are typically the increased organization/company limits, White Label access, and the additional resources that come with the higher tier. Whether that's worth it really depends on your use case and whether you need White Label or plan to manage a larger number of brands.

I'm still somewhat confused about what the "Ai Pro Credits" does here in "regular" Followr, if I were to get the T10 plan, and what the API feature would offer me in T10, please and thank you. Since I have Followr Studio T3 now, does that give me the same Ai Pro Credits to use your built-in LLMs even while Im in T5...

A: If you redeemed your Followr Studio T3 into the same account as your Followr T5, then everything gets merged automatically.
You should now have your T5 benefits plus the Studio T3 benefits. That means ~3,500 extra media credits and 30 additional companies added to your initial t5 followr setup. You can use our built-in AI models with your credits. You won't need BYOK Studio unlocks the Studio...
