Q: Are you planning, bulk CSV upload and updating the image recognition software to modern tech?
The image recognition is terrible. I know you use Azure but I would suggest we gain the ability to add our own OpenAI accounts to run image recognition with Vision.
Would be really nice if I could also upload a CSV to bulk create and save A TON OF TIME posting to all of my social media accounts. It blows my mind that a software that aims to manage many accounts doesn't have this simple feature.
I think Followr can benefit hugely with more bulk content creation tactics such as CSV upload and copywriting, API endpoints for automation (Make.com), Bulk trash media, better tracking for media that has already been used. Also there is a big disconnect in the image editing software.
I am invested in this software because I believe in the direction it's going but please bring more useful bulk tactics that other software does natively.

Oct 7, 2024A: Thank you for your feedback! We’re actually thinking along the same lines. Yes, we do want to implement bulk CSV uploads and modernize our image recognition software to make things more efficient and automated, just as you suggested.
Next week, there will be updates and improvements to the image editing features. For example, we’re integrating with Canva and introducing a new in-app editor. Alongside these updates, we’re also focusing on implementing bulk content creation tactics, such as CSV uploads, API endpoints for automation, bulk media deletion, and better tracking for media usage.
