Q: Can't Access- Account - HELP
I apologize for raising a technical issue, but is anyone else experiencing difficulties accessing their accounts? I keep facing a subscription pop-up that blocks my entry to my clients’ accounts. I've already reached out to the founder via email and am awaiting a response. Unfortunately, it's the second day.
For the record, I hold Tier 10.

We're aware of a similar report from Friday and are currently investigating what might be causing this issue. In the meantime, please try logging out and logging back in to see if that helps. Either way, we’re working on it and will have it resolved as soon as possible.
