aslkdfjQ: Client onboarding questions
Question: I'm using social pilot right now because clients just click a link > create their own login > then click a few buttons to connect their accounts to our main account. I'd love to switch over to Followr but I need to know how clients connect their accounts to our agency account.
In other words, is it a link that we send to them where they just click a button to sign in and connect their accounts to our agency account? Please explain how it works.
I've looked through all answers, your website, etc. and I can't find this info. Thanks for your help!

Jun 2, 2025A: You’ll need to create a company for your client from your Management panel, and then invite them via email. You can choose to invite them either as:
Admin (can manage settings and invite other users), or
User (can schedule and manage content within the workspace).
Once invited, they’ll receive access to a dedicated workspace under your brand — assuming you've set up your white-label branding.
You must first add their email so the system recognizes which company they belong to. After that, they can simply log in via your custom domain.
