Q: Deep brand training
Does Followr allow for uploading/linking to source material for deeper training on brand knowledge? I see there are options for brand voice and style, but I am thinking more about linking to external documents (or uploading docs) on a per brand basis to help the AI understand the brand’s way of thinking (products, services, frameworks, etc).
Does Followr currently have this capability, or are there plans to implement this kind of knowledge base on a “per user/client” basis?

Jun 9, 2025A: When you onboard a company in Followr, you can provide your website link — this can be your homepage, blog, or any relevant page. We use that to generate your brand voice and brand style guide automatically.
Each company in Followr has its own unique and customizable brand voice and guide.
While we don’t currently allow document uploads or deep training via external files, you can use links (like blog posts or service pages) to generate content aligned with your brand. More advanced brand training tools may come in the future.
Thanks, a few clarifying questions.
1. Are we able to provide multiple links/sources for voice?
2. When I give my website will it scrape the entire site?
3. Is it only looking for voice, or is it looking for any kind of context on how the brand approaches things (for example, a publicly stated framework for process)?
Thank you!
Yes, you can provide multiple links or sources for voice.
Yes, when you provide your website, it will scrape the entire site.
It’s not limited to voice only — you can personalize it to include any type of contextual information, like a publicly stated framework, tone, or brand approach.
