Q: First comment feature?

1. Do you guys have "First comment" feature where our Instagram post is posted along with a predecided first comment on that post. This feature is really helpful for driving costumers' attention to your most important bit of marketing text as a comment. It's offered by some of your competitors and is very enticing.
If it's not there, please make it a priority, as this is one feature that actually brings leads.

2. Can you use AI to create replies to DMs and Comments based on my typical reply tone history?
3. Any difference between tier9 and tier10 when it comes to managing your team.. like more granular team access maybe? I don't really care about white labelling, so any other difference?
4. Any plans/ETA for mobile app?
5. I have seen your website giving errors multiple times. So, I was wondering how is live status of your web app?

A: First Comment Feature:
Yes, we support the “First Comment” feature for both Instagram and Facebook. You can schedule it directly when creating your post inside Followr. It’s a great way to boost engagement, and we agree—it’s a must-have.

AI Replies to DMs & Comments:
We do offer AI-assisted replies for DMs. Currently, it's not fully automated; instead, the AI suggests responses based on what you sell and your context. You can review and send the suggestion with one click. We're working on making this smarter with more personalization based on your reply history.

Tier 9 vs Tier 10 – Team Management:
Tier 10 includes full team and company management tools: create companies, assign users, set posting limits, and manage everything from a unified dashboard. Tier 9 supports multiple companies and users too—but without the advanced management layer. If you don't need whitelabeling but want full control, Tier 10 is the way to go because of this management dashboard

Mobile App ETA:
No confirmed ETA yet, but it’s on the roadmap. We're about to publish an updated roadmap inside the app, so you’ll be able to track progress there.

Web App Status Page:
Great suggestion—we currently don’t have a live status page, but I’ll elevate this to the team. We’re working on improving reliability and visibility for users.
