Yes, as the account owner in Followr, you have access to all the companies under that account. When you add a user to a company, that user will only be able to view and work within that specific company. If you want them to work in additional companies, you'll need to add them to those as well.
You can create companies and assign managers (users) to them based on your organizational needs.
