Q: How does your post approval workflow look like?

Say for example we make the content for our clients and they need to approve/reject/comment on them, how does this work? Can a batch be sent to them without having them log in? Do they need to be users of the account to approve posts? Do we need to pay per user?

A: We don't have a direct approval workflow yet. The current workaround is to save posts as DRAFTS. The manager creates the posts, saves them as drafts, and then the client can view them before they go live. Comments and approvals need to be handled manually or through another method for now. We are working on adding a comment board feature.

Clients need to be users of the account to see and approve drafts, so there's no way to send a batch for approval without them logging in. You don't need to pay per user if your tier includes multiple users; the client would just be another seat within their company's account.

Would the client users only see their social media accounts and not all accounts from other clients/users?
