daniel753Q: how to set up users on top tier and how to get video sizes correct to post.
I think I may have figured out the sizes issue from taja. it is on their side so i will update my review in a bit. I do need to do a call with someone to help set up my team to be able to login and work on all of our clients and see all companies. and We currently can't see companies my users created. Tier 10 Customer here.

May 7, 2025A: As the admin, you should be the one creating the companies and then granting access to your users. If your guests create companies themselves, those will be outside your Tier 10 account and won’t be visible to you.
