Q: Image quality

Could you explain why the generated Images have a bad quality while publishing on instagram and facebook?
For example I tried to Boost Post on instagram and get a warning that the Photo's resolution is too low.

Regarding the Whitelabling (10 Codes) , while connecting an instagram acount the logo of Followr is still shown as well as the name. Could you please fix this issue, please?
Also my clients have the Admin rights and as they clicked on the subscription to see how much credit is left or used, it does not show anything. I tried to write to support but could not find any contact info. so could you please take a look at these issues?

Thanks in advance
Beste regards

A: The resolution of images generated or uploaded through Followr should not be reduced when published to Instagram or Facebook. If you received a low-resolution warning when boosting a post, it may be related to how the image was processed or resized before uploading. Could you please let us know how you uploaded the image—whether through Followr, manually, or using Meta's Boost interface? That will help us troubleshoot further.

We’re currently updating our integrations to remove Followr branding entirely. If you still see “Followr” when connecting Instagram accounts, it’s because some platforms (like Instagram) haven’t yet approved the new app name or logo. This is being addressed, and once approved, it will appear fully whitelabeled as “Social Media Manager” or your own label.

Client Admin Access / Credit Visibility:
The visibility of credits and usage is intentionally limited to the account owner. This is by design and has been requested by many agency users to prevent clients from seeing internal usage or subscription details. That said, we’re working toward allowing more customization of what clients can or cannot see in the future.

You can always reach us through the live chat inside the app, via our support email, or here. You can also contact me directly via this message if needed—happy to help anytime.

Hello,
Thanks for the reply. The images were generated inside the followr all under the same conditions.
Since the clients are having a certain amount of credits, thus it is logical to have an overview of what they have used.
