Is the same white label support available for the LTD Tier 10? Could you elaborate on SLA in the context of AppSumo LTD?

Jul 15, 2025A: For AppSumo LTD Tier 10 users, we provide direct support to the account owner — meaning you, not your end clients.
If you're offering Followr to your clients through the white label setup, you would be responsible for supporting your clients directly. At this time, white-labeled client-facing support is not included in the LTD plans.
The SLA mentioned on our website refers to our premium monthly plans, where we offer 24/7 support with dedicated response times and optional white-labeled support for agencies.
Is there a written support material that could be made available to Tier 10? That could be repurposed under my brand.
And a related question:
Presuming I have enough clients could there be an add-on white-label support for my clients? A separate agreement to AppSumo LTD.
