A: If you purchased the LTD, you should absolutely be able to use the core Followr.ai platform without any issue.

If you’re being asked to choose a monthly plan, it’s most likely related to features from Followr Studio, which is a separate product/module that currently isn’t included in the LTD. We may offer an LTD for Studio later as well.

Also, please make sure you are logged in with the exact same email used for the AppSumo purchase and redemption. This has happened to several users already and usually causes confusion with access and limits.

Regarding BYOK: yes, you can connect your own API key. However, increasing platform limits and large-scale usage still depends on your tier level. That’s part of the scalability model we implemented — otherwise a single tier + BYOK could fully leverage all of our infrastructure at unlimited scale.

We also recently launched bulk CSV import, so if you already have a lot of posts/content and don’t want to rely heavily on AI generation, you can upload content in bulk very easily.

The LTD is completely valid and working correctly. The only thing not included is Followr Studio. Higher tiers mainly increase credits, limits, and especially the number of companies/workspaces you can manage.

For example, Tier 10 includes up to 310 companies plus white-label capabilities.
