Q: Not working .... whats on?

I purchased serveral month ago Tier 2. Now trying to keep it going. But always get this:
I Text Generation Error:
HTTP request returned status code 429: { "error": { "message": "You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more inf (truncated...)
Word credits have not been deducted from your account.
Help funktion directed to an empty padge ...
So whats going on?

Thanks a lot for flagging this we’ve already fixed the issue on our side.
Regarding the empty Help page, that’s unusual. I’m not seeing the same behavior, but I’ll personally look into it to make sure it’s resolved.
Also, just so you know, Tier 2 is still a solid plan. We’re actually planning to come back to AppSumo soon, so hopefully we’ll have more updates there as well.
