Q: Pls give me a CLEAR overview about video when it comes to Followrr. In-house Team permission Vs Agency Tiers.
Pls, give an overview on video posting, using in house stock, any editing? Or just straight upload our own? And what about storage of files, docs, pdfs, video etc?
And more on monitoring team credit use & resources, as we are managing 20-30 users? Can this be done in lower tiers? If so, where can we find admin level docs or videos? Any approval system?
In order to monitor credit use etc, do we have to use higher tiers to monitor our team & in-house resource usage - via granular permission? Will everyones projects be visible to each other?
Or do we need a White Labels systems thats built for higher tier (200-300 ppl) to monitor & control our VAs and manager team members resources & credit use etc?
Theres only 1 agency tier w/ a true cName like Owner Control Dashboard? Pls share more.
Thx

May 8, 2025A: Video in Followr
We offer a large library of in-house stock videos you can use directly in posts.
You can edit videos using our VistaCreate integration — this includes both stock and your own uploads.
You can also upload your own videos to Followr to post or edit.
If you design videos in Canva, you can connect your Canva account to Followr and access your designs directly.
Currently, PDFs and other document formats are not supported — only images and videos can be uploaded. This is for every Tier. Credits, companies and users are increasing as you stack more codes.
Team Management and Permissions
Team usage tracking, credit limits, and granular permissions are available only in Tier 10, through our White Label Management Dashboard.
With it, you can:
Monitor usage across your users
Set credit limits for users or companies.
Whitelabel the platform’s appearance
Access the HTML code to embed the app in your website (not via CNAME, but via iframe embed)
Customize the transactional email sender name, logo, and branding: (Mails are sent through a generic naming called SocialMediaManager..)
Content Approval: We have a draft mode for content, so team members can save content for approval before posting. There is not yet a full comment-based approval system — content can be reviewed and posted manually.
If you're managing 20 to 300 users, Tier 10 is strongly recommended. It's built for agencies and in-house teams that need management, control, and full branding features.
