jason368Q: Question about adding companies and white labeling service pack 10
Hi guys,
I'm a little confused because I have Service service pack 10 and I'm trying to add a company and it's telling me that I cannot do that and I've reached the maximum amount of companies which I currently only have two and I should have significantly more than that. I'm assuming there must be something that I'm not doing correctly and I'm hoping you can assist with that.

Jun 15, 2026A: Could you please make sure you're logged into the exact same Followr account (same email address) where your Tier 10 license is activated?
If the Tier 10 is on one account but you're trying to create companies from a different account (for example, an invited user account), the system won't recognize the Tier 10 limits and you'll see the company limit message.
Let us know which email has the Tier 10 activated and we'll be happy to help verify everything.
