A: you can manage everything on their behalf by creating a separate company for each client and connecting their social media accounts yourself. This keeps everything organized and scalable.

However, if you do want to give them access to their own workspace, you’ll need to add them as a user or admin inside their company (or in multiple companies, if needed). They’ll then be able to complete onboarding and connect their own social accounts.

You can manage this from the White Label > Management section in your dashboard.

We’re also working on a public API so Tier 10 users like you can automate this entire process in the future — but for now, the most efficient setup is to add the client to their own company and have them connect their accounts.
